KLA Consulting’s founder Kara Griffiths is a Chartered Internal Auditor, Certified Risk Manager with an MBA in Oil & Gas Management.

She is a MCMI of the Chartered Management Institute and practises Lean 6 Sigma. With over 20 years’ experience across multiple sectors - Oil & Gas, Engineering, Construction, Financial Services, FMCG, Kara’s experience has supported multiple clients in a wide range of consultancy and interim roles.
